This document aims to present the specific Privacy Policy for the WTK Automação crowdfunding environment, detailing how personal data is processed, protected and used, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and other applicable regulations. This Policy should be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Use for the Crowdfunding functionality, as well as with WTK Automação's Privacy Policy. By making a contribution, the user consents to the processing of their data under the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree with the content described here, you should not use the platform.
1. Scope and Controller
This Policy describes how WTK Automação processes personal data collected in the crowdfunding environment, aimed at supporting open source software projects and strengthening the community. WTK Automação, the legal entity responsible for operating the platform, is the controller of the personal data processed in this environment.
2. Data Collected
WTK Automação may process the following categories of personal data in the crowdfunding context: Identification and contact data: name, ID, email, phone, address when applicable Registration and usage data: username, password (securely stored), account creation date, login history, cookies Technical identifiers: IP address, device identifiers, approximate geolocation when necessary for security Transaction and payment data: contribution ID, date, amount, currency, receipts, transaction status, payment tokens Technical logs and security metadata: event logs, access logs for security and fraud prevention
3. Legal Bases and Processing Purposes
Processing of personal data is based on legal grounds provided in LGPD, including: Enable contribution operations and fulfill contractual obligations Maintain environment security and prevent fraud (legitimate interest) Comply with applicable legal obligations Conduct essential communications about contributions
4. Data Sharing and International Transfer
Data may be shared with technology providers, hosting services, analytics and payment processors, exclusively as necessary to process contributions and comply with legal obligations. As technology and payment processing services may be located outside Brazil, international data transfer may occur in accordance with applicable legislation.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to: (i) record the contribution; (ii) comply with legal and security obligations; and (iii) attend to reasonable audits. After this period, they will be deleted or anonymized, except in cases of additional retention provided by law.
6. Information Security
WTK Automação adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect data against unauthorized access, misuse, alterations, disclosures or destruction. Measures include physical and logical protection, communication encryption, access controls, secure software development, internal compliance policies and risk mitigation mechanisms. Data is stored in secure databases, such as Google Cloud services, which follow international security and privacy standards.

You must be at least 18 years old to make contributions WTK Automação follows international security standards but recognizes no security method is 100% guaranteed Emails will never be sent requesting payments or confirmation of personal data
10. Policy Updates
WTK Automação reserves the right to periodically review and modify this Privacy Policy. Continued use of services after modifications implies acceptance of the new terms.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Brazilian legislation applies. The jurisdiction of São José dos Pinhais, State of Paraná, is elected to resolve controversies related to this Policy.
